Our holiday flats are situated on a 2,400 sqm plot in Utting-Holzhausen on Lake Ammersee and meet high standards in terms of material quality, design, functionality and comfort.

The equipment of all flats with modern entertainment electronics, contemporary kitchen technology and designer bathrooms create a pleasant living comfort. The glass facades make the flats look beautiful in all seasons – summer and winter.

The flat consists of living room, two separate double bedrooms with large boxspring beds, kitchen, bathroom/shower/bathtub/hairdryer.

Independent check-in with key box is available on request. A deposit of € 150 and final cleaning of € 100 in cash is payable on arrival, service charges included.
